We were quite disappointed with the services provided by Shahi and Ray White! He overpromised and under delivered when selling our property and just couldn’t find the right buyer for us. We felt very rushed into accepting offers that were not even close to the appraisal value for our property. In the end we had to approach another agent to help sell our property. So we basically did all the work ourselves and Shahi got his commission! The conjunctional agent saw the value in our property and we were able to get close to the amount we wanted for our house.
