The process of buying our first home together was a smooth and seamless experience due to Shahi’s excellent knowledge, transparency and communication skills. Shahi takes the time to listen to his clients, understands their needs and wants, and delivers exactly that. We feel blessed and over the moon with our home purchase, all thanks to his expertise and guidance which resulted in a quick turnover. Without hesitation, we 100% recommend Shahi’s exceptional client services to everyone.

From the word go Shahi helped us navigate to our first house purchase in New Zealand. He made us a promise that he would find us a home and he did. He clearly knows the market and with his continuous communication and friendly attitude he gave us the confidence that our purchase was not far away. Ultimately we put our trust in Shahi and we are so glad we did. Based on our experience we would not hesitate to use Shahi again. Top Man.

When you are selling your number one asset which has been your beloved home for over 18 years, you need confidence that you are in the best hands to give you a top result. Shahi and his team Hammy and Mercedes are experts with their marketing campaign and we trusted them to get us top dollar. We were a little unsure as Huntington Park is not the area that Team Shahi usually sell in, but that did not matter at all. They really are experts at what they do and you feel they are working so hard for you like it is their own home they are selling. They explained the process so it was nice and simple and the communication and updates were excellent. We had a pre auction offer on day 10 and then two pre auction offers on day 12, one of which we accepted. On day 16 was the auction and we were lucky enough to get another $42k above the accepted pre auction offer. We could not be happier. We would highly recommend Shahi and his team as they will exceed your expectations!

They are very professional, experienced and helpful. Especially Hammy, he never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. A trustworthy team, highly recommend.

Thank you so much for helping us sell our home. We were blown away by your knowledge and talent for negotiation and we couldn’t be more pleased with how things turned out. We are incredibly grateful that we chose you to list our house. If any of our friends or family require a real estate agent we will definitely recommend Shahi Singh.

We are very thankful for his service given that buying for a first home buyer its very stressful but he made the process absolutely smooth and easy:)

A Salesperson you can Trust Wonders never cease! For the entirety of the campaign Shahi and his team were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. They had their finger on the pulse of the market at all times, honest with their feedback and worked hard to negotiate on our behalf for the best result. Needless to say, I would entrust Team Shahi with any and all of my future real estate needs. Thank you.
