Sha has been so helpful with the sale of our house. Her advice has been spot on, her bright and cheerful nature makes dealing with her a pleasure. Sha achieved an excellent result for us. We couldn't be happier with the sale achieved and the ease with which everything was processed. Will definitely use Sha again.
We were very impressed with Sha's knowledge & helpful advise she communicated regularly with us as to what was happening & due to this we had a very stress free sale. Shar has a lovely bright bubbly personality whose company we have enjoyed on her visits during the sale and after. She is supported by Najib Real Estate whom we have dealt with before & wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.
Sha knows the market and the best way to sell houses. She is proactive and helpful through the whole process of buying and selling.
Easy to deal with . Good communication ,always kept me in the loop and was honest . Knew when we had the buyer and when to act .
We recently purchased our first home through Sha. We found her to be highly attentive and knowledgable throughout. She has a very upbeat and personable approach and helped us to navigate the intricacies of the offer process. Overall we felt very lucky to work with Sha and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to prospective buyers or vendors.
Sha was awesome. Really helpful and accommodating. Always willing to help and make the sale process as easy as possible for us. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
Sha and her team took genuine interest in our situation of selling our house. We were kept regularly informed about where we were sitting in the process from start to finish. Loved her friendliness and sense of humour and nothing was a problem. Went the extra mile at the right time.
Sha is brilliant. She helped us with the preparation for our sale, had fantastic communication, always tried to ensure we weren’t feeling stressed or how she could reduce any stress, and worked hard to bring us excellent offers. Sha is also a lovely and genuine person. 100% recommend!
It's a rare find to experience a Real Estate Agent who treats you like a person and not a number, however that has been our experience with Sha from Najib. From the very first meeting at the Open Home, the various phone calls and communications throughout the process - right through to the successful purchase and hand-over, we continuously felt valued, listened to, and respected. We love our new home and don't plan on moving anytime soon, however if we did, Sha at Najib would be our first port-of-call. We would 100% recommend Sha to anyone interested in purchasing a 'home' rather than just a house.
If you are in the market to sell your home, Sha is the lady for you! It is the best house selling experience we have ever had. She made it look and feel easy. The ultimate professional. Right from the moment we met Sha we knew we had met someone we could trust implicitly, someone who would not give us sale speak, she was someone who would speak her truth, problem solve and gently but firmly walk us through those stressful moments and decisions. She is a kind, honest, authentic, trustworthy professional. I highly recommend her. Look no further, Sha is the professional you want selling your home.
