I was very hesitant and cautious to start the selling process due to prior experiences with other agents. Sha allowed me to go at my own pace until I knew i was comfortable to let her take over. Advising without taking over. She was highly professional and listened to exactly what I wanted. At no stage was I left wondering what was happening as she kept me up to date every single step. (this has not always happened with previous agents.) I had an offer very quickly due to the fact that she did not wait for a buyer, but went out and found them. Due to circumstances when that sale fell through she had another one by the following day. Once again this was because she had lined up all her ducks in a row. Sha did not pretend to have all the answers for every question, so when she needed to she was happy to go to Nathan and seek his council. Nathan is a highly motivated go getter that will think outside the box in order to get the best price possible for the sale. Together they make a formidable team.
