Excellent communicator and no mucking around

We contacted Selina out of the blue when we were in Auckland for 2 days. We had decided to look at some apartments the week before we arrived. She was the listing agent for one of the apartments we looked at on day one. It wasn't the one for us but she volunteered to find more to look at the next morning. One of the two was perfect so we put an offer in an hour later. I was leaving Auckland 10 days later and needed a quick closing. Selina was instrumental in getting all of our ducks in a row to close the day before I left. I never waited for a response. Thank you Selina.
