As a purchaser, I found Selina's knowledge of the apartment she was showing to be incredibly thorough. She didn't need to obtain answers for me about the Body Corp and building situation but knew precisely what was involved. I found she listened carefully to all my requests and forwarded supporting paperwork in a very punctual manner. She was also a very capable negotiator. I had the impression she could hold both parties with respect and consideration. I can usually make a purchase decision like this very easily but now that I'm well into my retirement and in a different financial position, I was a lot more cautious. Selina was patient and encouraging without applying any pressure. She even visited the apartment, did a video viewing call and took some measurements for me. Then, when I was in the city, she made herself available again, at short notice, for me to have a second viewing. Always approaching requests with the same patience and desire to accommodate my requests. I have no hesitation in recommending her to any vendor or purchaser. She was definitely a 10 out of 10.
