She replied very quickly and within a minute of her reply text, we were chatting on the phone about the property. Viewing was arranged the next day despite the property being tenanted and deal was done in the evening as we had full trust and confidence in her. Whole turn-around from first enquiry to sale agreement being drafter was less than 36 hours. She's been attentive and accommodating throughout and had constant follow ups.
