Sean is a nice guy and was pretty easy to work with. I did get a sense of "all care no responsibility", as I find with the majority of agents purely by the nature of the trade. He also had a tendency to commit to things that were not realistic - for example regularly saying he'd get answers about things by certain times that he probably knew were outside his control and he couldn't achieve. He's clearly successful and busy, but it definitely showed that he was a bit too busy to keep on top of everything and fulfilling the expectations he set. No hard feelings and don't really care, but when agents charge $30k+ for a transaction, I feel like they ought to put in a bit more honest effort personally.
Sean and Team completed what become a complicated and stressful sale with a calm and collected attitude. Seans persistence got the deal over the line. Through this he managed expectations and communicated exceptionally well. We wouldn't have gotten it done without him!
