All you need from a real estate agent- great communication, hard working and will do everything to get you the price you want. I've been working with Sean for years now and not thinking of changing!
Sean mapped out a 3 week marketing strategy with advertising on line and open homes (2 on each weekend day) which led to a high level of interest and 6 offers on the table at the end of the 3 week period. Prior to going to market he coordinated the painting and re-carpeting of the house and arranged for staging furniture. The outcome was the acceptance of a very satisfactory offer.
We had a great experience dealing with Sean on the marketing and sale of our house. A friend had recommend Sean, right from the first meeting he was very helpful knew the market, knew the best options for marketing the house, he always kept us up to date. The house needed some renovations to bring it up to a high standard for sale. Sean arranged for a contractor to do the work, arranged for staging furniture, helped us get finance. We can't speak highly enough of Sean, we have used other agents in the past this experience with Sean on this sale would have to been the best we have had. He has been the total professional for us. Sean is professional, straight talking, responsive and really proactive. Our sale was made a little complicated by an administrative issue with a historic building consent. Dealing with this issue was not part of Sean's remit but he took it on, dealt with council and our body corporate group, organised the relevant inspection and got the issue resolved. Really thankful for the excellent job he has done for us.
