He let us look through the open homes without following us around and pointing out the obvious (here's the bathroom etc) like some agents do! Scott kept it real. He provided good market information that was current and relevant for our property. His communication with us was just right, he was well supported by his staff too. A good end result that he achieved with very little input from us. He listened and met our expectations. A very good experience, would recommend him, and will keep an eye on his future sales.

Scott was amazing to deal with from pre-listing, through to the actual signed agreement. He gave us frequent updates through the sale period and we felt very confident in his ability. My only disappointment is that after we signed the sale agreement, we never heard back from Scott. On our day of settlement, our house sale ‘fell over’ due to our buyers being unable to settle, and therefore us being unable to settle on our new house. This lead to a VERY emotional and unsettling period over Xmas and New Year where we were literally camping in our house with all our furniture in the garage (after the movers had to return it) unsure of IF or WHEN our house will settle. Again, we heard nothing from Scott. This was really disappointing to us. We knew there was nothing he could do, but it felt like he literally ditched us as soon as he got his commission. It would have been nice to hear from Scott either on the day we were meant to settle or sometime shortly after. To this day - almost a month after our initial settlement date, we have not heard from Scott. Aftercare is really important in business.

Scott's measured and calm demeanor and knowledge of the market keeps his clients more relaxed in what is a stressful time during the marketing period. Early on we felt his communication was not as expected but when it really counted he was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to other sellers of lifestyle blocks.

We would just like to say a very big thank you to Scott for making our property sale so flawless during a very stressful time for our family. Not long after signing with Scott, Doug had an extremely serious accident and we needed to hand over to our son Stephen to handle things. With Scotts guidance this went pretty smoothly.
