If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Savita Robinson from Lodge Real Estate Hamilton is an absolute standout agent who truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Savita sold our home in just three days — before the first open home had even taken place. What made the experience even more impressive was everything she did behind the scenes to make it happen. She handled all tenant communications and was present on move-out day to manage the final inspection. When the tenants left, Savita rolled up her sleeves and got to work herself — scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning rubbish bins, coordinating with carpet cleaners, and sourcing replacement fixtures. She then staged the home beautifully, and even made time to be there when the power was reconnected. Her dedication, professionalism, and hands-on approach made the entire selling process easy and completely stress-free. We met Savita in 2019, she was very personable and carefully listened to what we were after. Unlike your typical REA that is focused on selling for their benefit, Savita was genuinely interested in what was best for us. We had a price in mind for the sale of our property. Unfortunately, the offers that came through didn’t meet our expectations. We moved to Australia for work and decided to rent the house out. Savita maintained contact and would inspect the property periodically on our behalf (always going above and beyond). We contacted Savita after 6 months to see if there was a shift in the market. She said not yet, but February 2020 will be a good time to try and sell again. We trusted in Savita’s advice and she relisted the property again. This time, we got the price we were after (in fact slightly more)! A great outcome for us which allowed us to step on the property ladder in Australia. We are considering coming home one day and have already been in touch with Savita to get a feel for the market. She is really is the best REA you will come across!

Savita and Anne are your best bet if you are buying/selling in Johnsonville area, they know the needs of the customer and do their best to meet them, they work late and in weekend to seal the deal and they are result oriented, we are pretty happy with their service and highly recommend to others.
