I sat on this property for a while and Sasa managed to secure us a price we were stoked with, selling with Sasa was smooth and now I can move onto my next project. Sasa is the man to call if you need a proactive agent to SELL your home
Sasa sold the property in a very tough market. In good market anyone can sell a property but the real test is the cold market and Sass came out with flying colors in this slow and cold market.
This was my second transaction with Sasa within two months. After listing my property with Ray White without success, I engaged Sasa, and it was the best decision I made. Sasa is an incredible agent who presented an offer within the first week of listing and successfully sold my property. I highly recommend Sasa for achieving maximum results for your property in a timely manner. Thank you, Sasa, for your exceptional efforts in selling our property!
Sasa sold the 27 Halsey road in the very first week of marketing, nothing can beat that record.

Sasa is an outstanding agent who truly backs up his words with action. He is highly reliable and trusted, with an impressive network and dedication to selling properties. I highly recommend him as an agent, and his expertise extends beyond Māngere/Favona to cover the broader Auckland area.
Communication was the key and vital part of the process of selling a family home of 40 years. Sasa and his team have been approachable which had made it easier on the family to journey through the process and made sure that every phase undertaken was understood prior to the date of the auction. Sasa has been consistent in his communications through the provision of up-to-date regular reports, data, and trends of the current real estate markets. Sasa made himself available and accessible in his provision of his time to the family members to their many questions about the selling process receiving clear responses that enabled to confirm decisions on the sale of the property. Being new to property and real estate, I didn't even know where to begin, until I met Sasa. He took the time to explain the process of selling & buying property, answer my questions, and understand my real estate needs. He went above and beyond to find a property that accommodated for my preferences and that I could turn into a home. His prompt and clear communication made working with Sasa easy and quick, meaning there was no room for misunderstanding. His professionalism and passion really put any stresses I had at ease. And now I'm living in my dream home ready for future core memories to be made! I highly recommend Sasa and would work with him again! Super grateful and couldn't be more happier!
Sasa is an absolute expert on the market in Favona and got our house sold quickly and easily for a fair price.
