Sasa was amazing through the whole process insuring me we were on the right track to win. Great knowledge of the market and areas of sales also very nice person, showering with gifts after the auction is always nice to. All around legend and would love for him to help in the future. Thanks Sasa!
Market knowledge was good and we were happy to commit. However the only issue is that we had to decrease our offer multiple times for the property to be sold.
From the very beginning, Sasa took great care of us, ensuring we were always informed and in the best position to secure our beautiful new home. What truly stood out to us was his unwavering support and genuine care for us. We are over the moon with our purchase. His expertise, heartfelt dedication, kindness and commitment to finding the perfect home for us speaks volumes, and we are forever grateful. Faafetai tele lava, Sasa for everything - God bless you!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a first-home buyer, I was pretty nervous, but Sasa made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, even the little ones that popped in my head late at night when, and was always quick to respond. His support and professionalism made a huge difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free experience!
Sasa is the most Genuine, Loyal and Trustworthy Agent I have ever met, in all my experience. I will forever be grateful for his support, guidance and friendship. Sasa made sacrifices to help me and my family with this sale. Forever grateful. This is your go to guy - he will not let you down. Sasa, you are Simply The Best. You wore your heart on your sleeve, laid it all out in the line, and kept your promise. Thank you. We did it!!!
Sasa is very determined and hard working. He has helped us understand the market and worked tirelessly to assist us in selling our home, even in a challenging, slow market.
We set Sasa a difficult task. The property was not the best house in the street but he launched into the sale with vigour. He was constantly in touch providing detailed reporting. We knew exactly what was happening from a distance. Sasa is patient and professional. We sold before the auction date for a price we were delighted with. We thoroughly recommend Sasa to other sellers. Thank you Sasa.
To Sasa & the team we want to extend our Appreciation & Gratitude for all that you have done during this special & momentous occasion for our family. 😭 We want to acknowledge all the hard work & dedication in getting our family home SOLD. All the emotions are running high but we are looking forward to making memories in our new home, Australia/Samoa. We wish you nothing but a prosperous and successful future ahead. Faafetai faafetai lava.
Sasa is a really nice guy and found him very easy to deal with. Very good at his job and although at times stress levels were getting high he came through clutch in the end and got the result we were happy with. All the best for the future Sasa!
I am extremely satisfied with not only the quality of service from Sasa but his ability to communicate with me about the property. In addition, Sasa was able to maintain a high level of professionalism as an agent whilst maintaining quality service in this fast moving industry. I can’t thank Sasa enough for his genuine and hardworking efforts to enable the purchase of this property. His professionalism speaks to his character and explains why he is the number 1 individual agent in South Auckland. I would highly recommend Sasa to my community.
