Sarah was helpful as the agent when we purchased an apartment in Parnell. She was quick to reply to our enquiries and arrange answers to our questions as part of the process.

After selling my home in the bays and being unable to find a suitable home in Parnell, I contacted Sarah to see if she could find me a property in the Bays, but in a flatter area than where I’d sold. I was previously down a long driveway, and it was rather isolating. Time was running out before my buyers moved in and I couldn’t get an extension from them. There was very little on the market at the time but a property came up that Sarah thought was worth a look, although it wasn’t exactly what I told her I wanted. It turned out to be just what I wanted. Sarah was just wonderful negotiating and helping me secure it. Sarah is very easy to talk to and no typical R.E jargin which I’d experience a bit over the years and I was not fond of. I am thrilled to bits with my home and Sarah was a big part of making it a wonderful experience. I would recommend her to anyone.

Sarah was as invested as we were in selling our apartment! She wasn’t going to let a "pass in" at auction deter her and continued to work hard to find us a buyer! Sarah is very approachable easy to work with and continued to keep us informed throughout the whole process.
