Right from the get go Mala & Sarah gave off the exact vibe we were hoping to find in our Real-estate Agents. Warm friendly personalities who weren't afraid to be themselves with fun banter, which let us know they were actual humans! But all the while showing they really knew their stuff by answering any and all tricky questions that we required. This house sale was my ( Callum) first home sale ever, and i had a decently long list of questions. Being a novice meant I had lack of experience and knowledge, but i was never made to feel like this was ever an issue no matter how punishing I was. Anytime I needed help Mala was always handy on the phone or called back very smartly to put any worries I had at ease. As the process progressed and my questions got more technical, Mala always had the time and explained everything exceptionally well. As i am a very detailed oriented person, every reply or answer came with context to make sure I was fully aware and understood exactly what i needed too. No assumptions paired with straight up honesty meant i always felt understood, even when i didn't always the language to articulate exactly what I needed. They guided with care and a level of professionalism that exceeded our expectations. Sarah was always prompt with marketing reports, which paired with the confirmation phone calls, made keeping up with interested buyers and the level of interest very streamline. Getting to the end of the sale process our buyer was a little tricky, asking for things i was out of my depth with. Once again Mala gave exceptional advice on protentional compromises to facilitate the deal to ensure a positive result for not only the buyer, but us too. She proved in a tangible way that we were her main focus and not just a sale, sticking up for us when needed. We felt so lucky to have these women as our agents and have told literally everyone we know to use them! This was such a positive experience that we now consider these wonderful ladies, friends.
