I have nothing but praise for the proffesional service received from Sarah. Sarah listened to what our requirements were in our dream house and actively searched out and found the property which ticked all the boxes. She was active in the negotiations and I never once felt that she had anything but our best interest at heart. She went the extra mile to see us secure our dream house in a very tough market. Thanks Sarah for all your help.

Sarah and David have been an absolute dream to work with. When we first met them, we straight away knew they were going to do a great job for us. They were very welcoming, informative and took the time out to answer all our questions, sat down and talked to us about what we wanted and gave us great confidence. Sarah was excellent at keep us in the loop and she talked us through everything we needed to know. David was great at giving us exact numbers, talking through all the finer detail in what to expect. They both knew the area well, were very transparent and honest. Sarah and David always went above and beyond, they even fed our cat when we couldn’t. They were conscience we had small children and worked to our times. We have been so lucky to have had such amazing people selling our house and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We bought a house that Sarah was marketing. Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive to all of our concerns and questions, and put in effort into finding out answers for questions we had. The process was easy and we are very happy customers.

I have been both sides of the fence in property transactions, as seller and as purchaser as well as a principal in two estate agencies. I know how difficult it is for the agent to get the balance right in serving the vendor as well as providing the purchaser with sound advice and market intelligence that informs and guides their purchase. Sarah Bentley from the Harcourts office in Manly achieves that equilibrium with apparent ease. She gains the confidence and trust of the parties early in the sales process so that both feel that they are represented by a genuine professional. She also is prepared to walk the extra mile and provide assistance way beyond her mandate. If she could be bottled for export I would be the first to place my order. I am confident that she will go far in the realm of her chosen profession and excel above others. She is the sort of asset around which successful businesses are built.

From our first meeting with Sarah Bentley we felt confident that we would be in good hands selling our family home. The process seemed daunting after 20 years in the same home. Sarah supported our family through the entire process in a cheerful, honest and positive way. She went out of her way to make the selling process as simple and smooth as possible. From accompanying us to open homes, and our first auction experience, to calming our concerns through another Level 3 lockdown and a Zoom auction. We would highly recommend Sarah to anyone considering putting their home on the market. Thank you Sarah.
