What we have also learnt is there are real estate agents who are ok too terrible and then there are real estate agents who are just outstanding. We feel so fortunate to have been recommended to Sarah as we very quickly learnt that we had one of the best in the business. Right from the start Sarah was professional, empathetic and understanding. She listened to the end result we were aiming to achieve and pivoted where required to achieve that. Great experience and very patient. As first time buyers we had been to a few homes and this was the furthest so we arrived near the end of the open home but, with the consent of the owner, Sarah Bentley was happy for us to take our time and look around. Sarah knew a lot about the area and local schools and buses to commute to schools locally and to the North shore. She made us welcome and relaxed allowing us to have a good look around and not rush and happily answered all our questions, anything she didn't know she asked the vendor then contacted us with the reply. Communication was always good with prompt replies and the whole transaction from the first viewing to purchasing and moving in was a very pleasant experience. We would say that we would happily work with Sarah again, but we have no plans to move again anytime soon. We have found our family home and are very happy. We would definitely recommend Sarah Bentley to others looking for their new home.
