As buyers, we found Sara very helpful. Due to work commitments, we weren’t both able to attend and open home, so Sara arranged for an extra viewing. When showing us the property, Sara was great at answering questions and proactively disclosing matters of interest. She always offered to be available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Sara encouraged us to attend the auction and take an interest, although we never felt any pressure to do so and she also discussed the process and what to expect in advance.
