I was in a surprise to hear it when Sara told me she is planning to host open homes on both Saturday and Sunday, then I was more surprised when the house was sold in 21 days. They present the house in a beautiful and welcoming way, make amazing marketing not to miss any potential buyer. I am totally satisfied with the result. Once we have another house to sell, I will not hesitate to go to Sara again.
Sara was reasonable to deal with and did some good marketing for our house. The challenge was that she had very few buyers to bring to our process in the price bracket that she had valued the house at. This resulted in a lesser amount ie outside our minimum price range achieved at auction and there was little encouragement from Sara to look at plan B options post auction. To that end while Sara was personable to deal with, we felt let down by our experience with her.
