I have known Sara for a while and although I knew other agents I felt that Sara was more focused on real estate. Therefore I decided to choose Sara to sell my rental property. On auction day Sara had a buyer that she had been dealing with since putting my house on the market. Although the buyer was not in a position to buy at auction, Sara secured a contract on my property with him.
