I have known Sara for a while and although I knew other agents I felt that Sara was more focused on real estate. Therefore I decided to choose Sara to sell my rental property. On auction day Sara had a buyer that she had been dealing with since putting my house on the market. Although the buyer was not in a position to buy at auction, Sara secured a contract on my property with him. A week leading up to lock down his pre-approval from the bank was declined due to a change in the bank criteria. Then came the COVID 19 lockdown. All through the lockdown period Sara keep in touch with enquires and developments. On the first day of level 3 Sara booked a viewing with a young couple, they ended up putting in an offer matching the pre-covid offer I had received. While my house was on the market I decided to purchase a section. Sara handled the negotiations and had the section checked by her contacts to make sure it was suitable for our requirements. There was an object left on site and Sara even got that removed for us. Sara kept me focused and optimistic all through the negativity at the time and got me two positive results.
