Hi All, Sapna & Riz sold my property (not for what I wanted) but sold it nevertheless - they did practically everything as I have a very busy lifestyle with work commitments. Very pleased with the aptitude and vigorous bargaining skills they used in their arsenal.

I had just started a new job while looking for houses, so as I did not have a lot of time to look at all the houses we were interested in. Sapna acted as our agent and would do the research for the houses we showed her so we could narrow down the choices when it came to view the properties. She also attended the auction and bid on our behalf while we were on the phone which made the already stressful situation more manageable
