1. Fake information provided : Vendor was going to move to the north shore but vendor have moved to off shore, the agent told that she have LIM report and transfer with other documents, but didn't have that. 2. Delayed Key release : 11.20am settled, but key released 2.52pm. Vendor's lawyer mailed the settlement completion 11.20am, I asked key release again at 11.54am, but The agent did nothing nothing, I asked my as lawyer to release keys at 1.58pm again. my lawyer emailed key release authorization at 2.14pm, but she finally released the key at 2.52pm
