I didn't have a that much to do with Samantha as Leo showed the property and communicated with me after the sale. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The auction was virtual and I only viewed the house once due to Covid restrictions. Fortunately the home has turned out to be comfortable, well maintained and in lots of ways exceeded my expectations. I think Leo communicated the strengths of the property well. There are however several Kainga Ora immediate neighbours, I wasn't informed of this by the agents. Turns out up to now I have found the area quite nice and quiet. Samantha and Leo were helpful at the time of settlement. I would recommend them
