Samantha was brilliant throughout the process and went well beyond what we would normally expect. She was always available when Shona was away and made sure nothing got held up. In particular, she helped organise access for tradespeople to get the things we needed fixed sorted, waited at the property to let deliveries in, and generally made sure all the little practical things actually happened. That level of help made a real difference to us. Samantha was responsive, reliable and incredibly helpful, and we always felt like we had someone we could contact who would get things sorted. We really appreciated everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her.

Samantha is just starting out in the industry and did advise me of this. She was professional and friendly. Anything that she did not know about she was very prompt in finding out the answer for me and getting back to me in a timely manner. Her communication skills where great and she continually kept me up to date with the progress of the sale as required.
