This was a scary procedure for our family. In real estate myself so thought it would be simple....but it's very scary and very different when it's your own property your selling. Sam and Brett always put us at ease and even included my two little boys by always explaining things answering their questions reassuring them (and me)when they were anxious, they really involved them thru the whole thing. Moving out of Auckland was another scary move for us but they even guided us thru that even though that was another agents listing. Sam was always emailing, messaging or calling to check in or keep in touch with what was going on and always truthful. His knowledge of real estate is beyond and very inspiring.
