Sam has the experience and intelligence to deal with any problem with ease. He is reactive and tweaks the game plan according to situational changes. Every move he made improved or chances of a better result. Sam is immaculately presented, charismatic, charming, honest and fun to be around - exactly what you need to pull people into a sale and make the whole experience of selling or buying less stressful and often, fun. All being said, it all comes down to the end result. What Sam achieved for us was outstanding, way above our expectations and we feel blessed to have had him in our corner. Not only was he very successful with the sale of our house but he was a key instrument with helping us to obtain our new property. Sam helped with the sale of our home in west Auckland and did such a wonderful job. Selling a house is a stressful situation but Sam made the whole process a breeze. His choice of a talented photographer captured the essence of our house with great photos. The 3 week auction period that Sam recommended went smoothly and we received detailed weekly feedback. Throughout this period Sam was always positive and honest and worked extremely hard on our behalf. Auction day though stressful was exceptionally well run with a fantastic auctioneer in Rob Tulp who engaged the bidders. We were stunned by the price we received and Sam was equally happy for us.
