Sams a legit guy and knows his stuff. I felt completely confident in his skills/knowledge/professionalism. He left no questions unanswered, handled the situation as good as anyone could ask for and seemed to be 1 step ahead of the game the whole time. I believe he just matches his communication style to suit the clients. Always good communication about open home times and he changed the open home times and days at our request, theoretically to make it easier for more people to see the house.
