First home buyer

This was a first home purchase experience. I felt Sam listened to me and was ultra responsive. When I asked a question she promptly responded and I always felt included in decision making. I think she could improve on information sharing, sometimes too much information was given and it can be overwhelming especially when all information is new. However, I enjoyed her honesty. Her being Māori made the relationship relatable and mutually understanding. I would highly recommend Sam for first home buyers like myself. Thank you Sam.
