When I met Sam I found her to be warm, approachable, very informative, professional and she gave the very best advise. As I live in Auckland it was not easy getting to view properties at a short notice, this was never a problem for Sam, she organsed the viewings for me and included me on video calls while we viewed the properties together. It did not take long and I eventually found my property, a building report was needed and a pre settlement inspection, Sam was there every time to see it through.
