As a first time seller, I had no idea what to expect but Sam went above and beyond to help sell our home! From a comprehensive and knowledgeable appraisal; being incredibly well networked with building inspectors, lawyers and mortgage brokers; creating an enticing marketing campaign that stands out; providing regular and informative updates on how the sale was progressing - to the point that while he was off getting engaged in Rarotonga... or when he tore his ACL, MCL and meniscus and was in hospital... he was still invested and available to ensure the sale of the home went smoothly (even with a limp at open homes)!
