As a first time seller, I had no idea what to expect but Sam went above and beyond to help sell our home! From a comprehensive and knowledgeable appraisal; being incredibly well networked with building inspectors, lawyers and mortgage brokers; creating an enticing marketing campaign that stands out; providing regular and informative updates on how the sale was progressing - to the point that while he was off getting engaged in Rarotonga... or when he tore his ACL, MCL and meniscus and was in hospital... he was still invested and available to ensure the sale of the home went smoothly (even with a limp at open homes)! Selling a home is an emotional rollercoaster, but having Sam there to help along the way didn't go unnoticed and was so appreciated. Thank you, Sam!
This by far is the fastest deal we had not because we are impulsive but because everything is all ready for us. Sam made sure we have all the documents we need, shared contacts e.g. for appraisals, and he is always prompt in answering our queries and requests. He goes above and beyond.
