Truth be told, I had actually already chosen to list with an older, more experienced agent however once I met Sam I was so impressed by his enthusiasm and drive that I gave him the listing. Many eyebrows were raised when I had told people that I had listed with an agent who was only in his first year of real estate however Sam is extremely knowledgeable and with his impressive sales background and friendly manner, it was really a no-brainer to list with him.
