Sam communicated directly by phone when immeadiate responses required and regular informative, supportive messaging in the Barfoots sales group chat. As I live overseas he was always mindful of the time difference when keeping me uptodate as the sale process unfolded. With his and the rest of the Barfoots team level of market knowledge, financial climate and the individual responses of house viewers I always felt I had the best team working on my behalf.
