Ryan Jacobs

Ryan was unbelievable. He was well informed and walked us through every aspect of our experience before it happened. He was able to apply his knowledge to any question that we asked of him (and we asked a lot of questions). The ability to make a person feel at home and as if you had known them for ever like a good friend is hard to come by and Ryan Jacobs is that person. He understood and knew what would happen when and at times before it happened. This individual is hard to come by. We enjoyed the communication process. Loved the experience and expertise that Ryan had to give us. We also like the friendly banter and patience that he gave us. Our house was up on the market and sold quickly because of the expertise that both Ryan and Christina gave to the entire process. Thank you both for everything and Ryan for being there when the questions came up and the quick answer reply that you were able to show us when we did not understand. If we are ever in the market to by or sell a home, Ryan will be the person that we turn to first.

Ryan was excellent to deal with, this was the fourth house I’d put an offer on in a few weeks and Ryan was upfront and transparent with everything and did not try sugarcoat areas as I have found a lot of agents can do. The process from beginning to end was a breeze and I would work with Ryan again and recommend Christina and his service. Thanks for the bottle of champagne and tickets to the show which we unfortunately missed.
