Took so much stress out of buying my first home

Ryan's enthusiasm and friendliness would be the first thing I warmed to. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. This was my first exposure to purchasing a home and Ryan provided me with great guidance and advice (where he legally could of course) helping me to find where to find the information I needed or giving me a sense of encouragement when I felt discouraged. Nothing was a problem and I felt his patience with my total lack of knowing what I was doing was amazing and helped keep me grounded through it. I have some health issues at the moment and his compassion and understanding was appreciated.. he was always willing to work around what I needed. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone. Hes a laugh (helps one relax), hes friendly (helps one relate), and hes just very helpful. I felt safe in his guidance. Thanks Ryan
