Ryan was hungry for a sale, but the prospective buyers in our wee town weren't terribly hungry. He focused on who might be the right fit, who would benefit from buying our house; and while it took 6 months to find them, I believe we have a match. The new buyers are excited, they already know the neighbour and my house is one they will be able to stamp their mark on. I am pleased too that this house is being purchased by someone about to love it and live in it. I have been impressed with Ryan's regular communication which has kept me informed, and his consistency to drive the 80 minutes return trip just to open for 15 minutes on a Saturday or a Wednesday etc teasing the prospectives with a peek inside and an encouraging chat about what might be possible. recommended? yes.
