I have dealt with Ruth from the time I sold my first house 62 High St. in Waimate in about 2013, when I bought another house through her at 6 Mill Road, Waimate. When my wife's illness became too heavy a burden on me I decided to downsize and Ruth came to my rescue again and I bought the unit at 22 Herbert St, Waimate.
