We had been looking to downsize and relocate to Waimate, a town we both liked for lots of reasons. After a year of looking on and off we found a property we both liked and so a viewing was organized, upon looking at the property we were let down by several things and started heading for home, we drove around the block on our way to the main street and by chance saw our new house just begging for a viewing, Kay rang the agent Ruth Burke and as luck would have it she was close by and within 15 minutes we were looking at our new home, fourteen day's later we picked up the keys.
