We found the Thomas "team" totally in control of the pre-sale, sale, and after sale process. We interviewed four Real Estate Agencies to find the best people, for the best fit, for our personalities and the job ahead. We have not been disappointed with our selection. From the start, Russell and Angela were attuned to what we wanted to achieve, and guided us through the process of our first auction with relative ease. Calm on the surface, feet paddling furiously under the water. Communication was excellent. We found their manner professional, but with a relaxing humour to nurse us through a very stressful period. We could not have been happier with the outcome and I think from the group of interested parties at the auction, the maximum possible price was achieved on the day.
