Russell was quick to respond to queries. Acting as a middleman can't have been easy. Even after the property went unconditional, he was available for queries. I was a little bit caught out by being contacted before even submitting a formalised offer on settlement day to have a hard close put on. However, in the end, it secured the deal.

Homeless! That’s not quite true. We have gone into a Retirement situation due to our health. To this end it was difficult for all involved. However their marketing was second to none. It won me over to make the decision to go with them. I had to step away and Angela gave up her time to help our daughter pack and clear the house with amazing empathy.
