Great local market knowledge, a very easy communicator and a very professional manner.

Rupert has quite an extensive knowledge of Naenae and the surrounding suburbs. He was able to show us recent sales of houses similar to ours in the immediate surrounding areas which had us comparing 'like' with 'like' as opposed to brand new town houses etc, that bore no relevance to our sale. Regarding communication - Rupert was easy to speak with. He was quite detailed with his explanation of what selling a house entailed, what we can expect, what our responsibilities were, and what his (the company) actions are in facilitating the sale. He was very approachable, and we felt comfortable just flicking him a line, if there was something we needed clarification on. A good communicator, who kept us in the loop. Professionalism - to us, it was quite obvious that Rupert knew his stuff. His personal presentation was as one would expect from a professional real estate agent and his real estate 'patter' didn't seem to be by rote. Even though he knows some of our family personally, and have helped them sell houses, he always kept our dealings on a professional level. He had contingencies in place if he wasn't immediately available, also.
