We found Rupert through Rate My Agent and there's a reason all his reviews are five stars. He stood out straight away. He was responsive, respectful of our time, and after meeting him we saw no reason to look further. We liked Rupert right away. He's friendly, grounded, calm and honest, with none of the sales pitch you sometimes expect from agents. We first met him about nine months before we were ready to list. He was patient and kept in touch respectfully throughout that time. When we were finally ready to go, the process was seamless. Rupert and his team were incredibly organised. He's an excellent communicator and completely level-headed, which made a real difference when it came to decision-making.
