Offer - Was kept informed of Sellers thoughts at deadline. Not too much pressure during negotiation, he represented sellers interests well without leaning too much on buyer. Conditional - Easy to slot in building inspection in a tight timeframe, and coordinated with sellers to sort out a few easy wins for me as a buyer. Settlement - Got keys ASAP, and a nice gift at settlement. Rupert took time to facilitate a handover from vendor of a lot of useful info as well! Would recommend.
