Roz knew the ins and outs of the market, she was certain she would get us where we wanted to be and what a positive outcome! Roz went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for all her amazing work. Even lent us an item from her home to help with our sale. Would 110% recommend Roz, time and time again! 😁😁
Roz's expertise and enthusiasm made the whole marketing and sales experience a pleasure. She achieved an outstanding result in a very short timeframe. I could not have chosen a better agent to represent me.
I knew Roz was one of the top selling agents in Levin. She had a great reputation and impressive sales figures, winning top agent in this area for several years running. Upon meeting Roz, I felt she had a wonderful balance of being professional yet down to earth, friendly, engaging, genuine, as if I had known her for years. She explained everything in detail, provided great background information about the sales market. I trusted her and felt confident. Roz was hard working, accommodating, and made the experience as smooth as possible. She always maintained a positive, bubbly attitude. I was very happy with her services, and would highly recommend her. She is hard working, focused, and does the best for her clients. Roz was always prompt to answer any queries I had. A great agent and really lovely lady.

Roz is so helpful and hardworking in doing everything to sell great work Roz 2nd time Roz has sold our house. Recommend her anytime. Thanks Roz
Roz will go out of her way to show you that house. This property was one of her listing and I wanted to view it, and called her. She was at the top of the trig walk and said "I'll be there in 15 mins!". And 10 years later when it was time to sell my home... she advised going to market, to make sure I would get the best offer that the market had to give. If you want a trustworthy, dependable person to both buy from and to sell your home, Roz is who you need. She is an expert in her trade. She makes the process simple and is wonderful to work with. This is a well earned review based on the sales of two homes. Thank you Roz
Roz was very professional and respectful of us. She went above to get us a great price.
10/10. From the first contact, Roz made me feel so comfortable and reassured that the decision I’d made to sell my home was ok. I was extremely anxious about the whole process but Roz made it easy. She was always available and had no hesitation in answering any questions I had. My sale went much better than expected and I’ll be forever grateful.
