We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Roz Wallace. Aside from her down-to-earth nature and unbelievable knowledge and expertise, we could not have achieved the fantastic result without Roz’s guidance during a very challenging time both personally and in the marketplace. Roz had her finger on the pulse and kept us in the loop regularly which reduced our stress levels considerably. If you are needing someone to put her heart and soul into getting you the best result, then Roz Wallace is your woman!

Roz constantly kept us up to date with what was going on. We found Roz to be the best Agent we have ever worked with and went above and beyond to make it an easier transition. We could not thank her enough for doing her job so well, the personal touches and easy to approach person she is, is why we would definitely recommend her to everyone.

Thank you Roz, excellent communication and a smooth process.

Roz worked with us to sell our house in Levin. She knows the area well and has her finger on the pulse of any current market trends She is not an agent that will give you an overinflated estimate of the sale price. In fact she wouldn't even give us an estimate until some work in progress was completed. We found her service to be very professional yet with a personal touch that made a huge difference to us. She is definitely our "agent of choice"
