About Rosina

I came to New Zealand 30 years ago from Canada and settled in Auckland initially. My interest in Real Estate stems from over 25 years in the property market, not as a sales consultant but as a project manager overseeing building and renovation work in Auckland and more recently in Waihi and Waihi beach. After a break away in Spain for 8 years working as a tour guide for the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, I returned to live in Waihi Beach with my family and considered that with my experience and passion for both property and people the natural progression was to embark in Real Estate in an area which I am familiar and deeply involved in the local community. Having dealt with many sales consultants both in buying and selling property, my experiences have varied greatly. I always thought if I were in a position to market someones’ greatest asset, I would give my clients exceptional service through integrity and honesty. I am not afraid to be totally transparent and upfront when advising clients on the value of their property. Too many property appraisals are over inflated to "buy" the listing but this only results in your property stagnating in the market place. It is critical to go to market with a price that reflects the current property climate. I won't sugar coat the price as I would rather be honest and get your property sold. Nothing was too much trouble

Rosina and Di were fantastic. I spoke with a few agents before putting my parents house in the market. Rosina impressed me from day one and never faltered. This was a tough time, living 2 hours away with no local connections while navigating a lot of change for the family. Nothing was too much trouble. Great Result!

To list a property in the middle of Winter in an extremely challenging market was always going to be a challenge.
