Rosie got my house sold in a good time frame and was more patient than I was. She was encouraging and positive when I was frustrated. Rosie displayed incredible patience especially when the attendance at the Open Homes was minimal at times. I received the Reports weekly which showed her consistently following up with potential purchasers, during a very challenging downturn in the real estate environment. I cannot fault Rosie's professionalism, determination and follow up as mentioned previously however there were times when I felt potential purchasers were not fully truthful and lead Rosie on a merry chase. I would like to see Rosie develop her "closure" skills. I really appreciated her empathy and caring and felt she understood my frustrations and my vulnerability at times. Towards the end of the 12–14-month period, I appreciated Michelle's experience to close this deal, particularly after a very recent disappointment, not to discount Rosie's tenacity at the Open Home.
