Ros found a potential buyer at the first open home and although there was an issue that had to be resolved before the buyer would proceed Ros was prompt to act & resolve the issue. There was further negotiations because the purchaser of our apartment needed a long settlement and there was only a short settlement on the property we wanted to buy.
