Rosa was very good at explaining the ins and outs. She went through variouse options and outcomes. Made sound suggestions and gave good feedback from her point of view and from open homes. She kept in touch and replied if I sent a mail or txt. She also contacted others in the loop for me and listened to me when I spoke of what I wanted to in respect to buying another house. She is still in contact even though the house is sold, asks if everything is OK and do I need help with anything.
