Great negotiator and great result

Roger was great to help guide us through the selling process... especially with navigating the legal potholes and requirements for getting a property ready for sale. His local contacts also came in handy for us with prepping the house for the market. His help with sorting out issues with cleaners also helped us immensely. Roger tried to have a break for a family event while our house was on the market and still kept negotiating for us while on holiday. We appreciated the extra effort which got us a quick sale. Would happily use Roger again.
